If you have equipment to give
- Create a free accountConfirm your email with a 6-digit code.
- List the itemAdd photos, the condition and your ZIP code. No street address is needed, and the listing goes live immediately.
- Review connection requestsRead one short request and decide whether to exchange contact details.
- Arrange the pickupAccepting automatically reserves the item for that seeker. Use the shared contact details to plan a safe handoff.
- Confirm the handoverYou and the seeker each confirm and accept a short handoff agreement. The listing comes down and you both get a record by email.
If you need equipment
- Search near youFilter by distance, category and condition, or use your current location.
- Request to connectSend one short note. Your contact details stay private unless the donor accepts and also consents.
- Inspect before you take itCheck for damage, missing parts and recalls. Have a professional check medical equipment before use.
- Confirm you received itThis completes the donation, and you can rate each other.
